Comatos User Agreement

1.1 The App allows you to add custom text watermarks (including emojis) to your videos, adjust watermark settings (position, size, opacity, color, background color, transparency), preview changes in real-time, export processed videos to your device's photo library, and access a history of your processed videos for management purposes. 1.2 No account registration is required to use the App. You may access and use all core features of the Services without creating an account. 1.3 We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We may also add new features or functionality to the App from time to time, which will be subject to this Agreement.

2.1 You warrant that you are the legal owner of all videos you upload to the App or process using the Services, or that you have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and consents from the relevant owners to use such videos in accordance with this Agreement. 2.2 You agree not to use the App or Services to process videos that: a) Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights); b) Contain illegal, harmful, offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, violent, or discriminatory content; c) Infringe upon the privacy or safety of others; d) Are used for fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious purposes; e) Contain malware, viruses, or other harmful code. 2.3 You retain full ownership of your original videos and the processed videos created using the App. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content. 2.4 You are solely responsible for the content of your watermarks and the videos you process. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the App or Services, including any claims related to your content. 2.5 You agree to use the App and Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless you have obtained our prior written permission to use them for commercial purposes.

3.1 We strive to provide the App and Services in a reliable, secure, and user-friendly manner. However, we do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from defects. 3.2 We may collect limited technical information about your device and usage of the App (as detailed in our Privacy Policy) to improve the Services, fix bugs, and enhance user experience. We will not collect or store your original or processed videos on our servers without your explicit consent. 3.3 We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates this Agreement or that we reasonably believe may be harmful to the App, Services, or other users. 3.4 We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any content processed by users of the App. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

4.1 Processed videos are exported directly to your device's photo library. We do not store your processed videos on our servers unless you specifically opt-in to cloud storage features (if available in future updates). 4.2 The App's built-in history feature stores information about your processed videos (such as file names, timestamps, and watermark settings) locally on your device to facilitate easy management. This history data is not transmitted to our servers unless you choose to share it for support or feedback purposes. 4.3 You are responsible for backing up your processed videos and any other content stored on your device. We are not liable for any loss or damage to your content due to device failure, data corruption, or other unforeseen events.

5.1 We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this Agreement. 5.2 Your continued use of the App or Services after the updated Agreement is posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the updated Agreement, you must stop using the App and Services.

6.1 You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the App from your device. 6.2 We may terminate this Agreement or suspend your access to the App or Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate any terms of this Agreement or if we determine that your use of the Services is harmful to other users, the App, or our interests. 6.3 Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under this Agreement will cease, and you must stop using the App and Services immediately.

7.1 THE APP AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 7.2 WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APP OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. 7.3 IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 7.4 OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO USE THE APP OR SERVICES.
